Body + Mind Collide Tee

Inspired by my song “Invisible War,” this tee features the lyric:

The split brain tells the story perfectly: one side tangled, stormy + overwhelmed, the other softer and lighter. Because sometimes your mind wants to go, your body says stop. Sometimes you know you’re okay, but your nervous system hasn’t gotten the memo. Sometimes you can be grateful, happy, hopeful and still be struggling with things nobody else can see.

Why I Love It 💕

I wanted this design to represent the contradiction of living with an invisible battle. You can look put together and still be fighting something internally. You can have good days and hard days. You can be strong and exhausted.

Both can exist at the same time.

And I love that the design is meaningful without screaming what someone is going through. If you know, you know. 🤍
