It Lives in Me - PTSD Tee

Not a phase. Not a choice. A part of my story.

Inspired by my song “PTSD,” this tee was made to represent something people often can’t see from the outside. The front keeps it intentionally simple with a small pink PTSD emblem, while the back tells the deeper story:

“It lives in me. Not a phase. Not a choice.”

The anatomical heart, butterflies, heartbeat line + soft pink details represent what it can feel like when trauma isn’t simply something that happened to you. Your mind may know the danger is over while your body is still learning that it’s safe.

Why I Love It 💕

I wanted this one to feel wearable first and meaningful second. From the front, it’s subtle. Turn around and you understand there’s an entire story behind those four letters.

It’s for survivors, advocates, people living with PTSD, and anyone who wants someone they love to feel a little less alone.
